When a tank is cracking beyond repair, patching it is just buying time. The old oil tank on this job had reached the end of its life, and the only real fix was a full replacement - built right, built to fit the existing setup.
That's exactly what we did. We fabricated a brand new stainless steel tank from scratch, designed to match the specific dimensions and port configurations the system required. You can see the cluster of flanged ports on the end cap - each one positioned to line up with the existing plumbing so we weren't forcing anything to work. That kind of precision matters when you're dealing with a tight, fully-integrated processing system.
The build went through our shop before it ever touched the installation site. The tank body was rolled, the end caps were fitted, and every port was welded and positioned with TIG welding to keep the integrity of the stainless intact. For food-grade and processing environments, that's not optional - it's the standard we hold every piece of work to.
Once it was ready, we brought it on site and got it set. The new tank dropped into the same footprint as the old one, connected cleanly to the surrounding pipework and fittings. That's the difference between a fabricated-to-fit solution and trying to make an off-the-shelf part work in a space it wasn't designed for.
If your processing equipment is showing its age - cracked tanks, failing welds, components that no longer perform the way they should - our custom metal fabrication and industrial welding services are built for exactly these situations. We come to you, we measure it right, and we build something that lasts.
